Bachelors:

• Minimum GPA 2.0
• IELTS – 5.5

Masters:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum GPA 2.0
• IELTS – 6.0

Doctorate:
• Master’s Degree
• Minimum GPA 3.0
• IELTS – 6.5
• 3 Years of combined Teaching and / or Professional
Experience
• Minimum of 30 hours of graduate coursework in a business related field

IELTS Score will be waived if the student has studied in English or will take an intensive English course for a minimum of one session.

*Students who have insufficient Business Administration master degrees or have not taken graduate business courses in accounting, economics, finance, management, and marketing may be required to complete up to 5 prerequisite courses.

Yes, coursework can be difficult sometimes, but the professors care about how you are doing in the class and want to ensure that you are absorbing the material. My teachers were all smart and had real world experience in the business world. It was invaluable when the professors shared their real world experiences with the class. The course work is intensive, but manageable even with a full time job. I had a very busy schedule as a commercial insurance professional, but I was able to complete all assignments. One of the things I liked the most was the small classroom size and that it is only 1 day per week. If you want to get an MBA without quitting your job, California Miramar University is the best value for it.
